Celtic Heritage was founded in October, 2000, originally as Celtic Heritage Productions, Inc., later to become Celtic Heritage, LLC. Originally formed as a recording label, the company soon branched out to include event production.
In its 25+ years of operation, Celtic Heritage produced 70 different Celtic festivals in Florida and North Carolina, the long-running (20 years!) concert series Christmas with the Celts, and themed celebrations of St. Patrick, the Immortal Bard Robert Burns, and Tartan Day, among others.
True to its original purpose, the company produced ten CDs featuring hammer dulcimer artist Marcille Wallis and the band Marcille Wallis & Friends. Wallis toured the eastern half of the United States appearing at numerous Highland Games, Celtic festivals, folk festivals, art fairs, and concert performances. The band toured Florida from the Panhandle to the Keys.
